Rita Hummel Crowe, Principal at LEAPLeadership Advantage,
is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant who believes in

skills and richer communication. With over 15 years in line
management within Hewlett Packard and other corporations, 14
years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, including
ten years in leadership development and executive coaching,
she knows
the unique realities of both corporate and nonprofit environments
and fashions powerful programs using the best approaches from
both worlds. Rita also serves on the adjunct faculties of the
Center for Creative Leadership and the National Leadership Institute
at the University of Maryland, where she earned her M.B.A. in
Finance and Accounting. She collaborates with Dr. Roger Pearman
at Leadership Performance Systems International on leadership
program design and delivery, and conducts assessment tool certifications
with Qualifying.org.
